Project presented by Tanya and Shawn Davis. They are proposing a new 6ft high wood board on board fence to enclose the outdoor play area. The dumpster and its enclosure has been relocated to the Lakeshore Blvd side. The dumpster and enclosure is behind the tree line and not hghly visible from the street, per the applicant.

Councilman Polensek is available to comment and state his concern about the dumpster on the Lakeshore Blvd.
Motion to table to investigate the setback issues regarding the dumpster location and any additional screening, and existing conditions photos. |
