Project presented by Bruce Taylor of Archinetics.  Presented details on the ADA accessible ramp, continued gradework, new door, and new stairs.

 

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • All work will be done behind the arcade?
  • Will the be a change in the windows to accomodate the new height of the ramp?
  • Are the handrails painted a neutral color?
  • Are you removing the parking bollards? PP: yes
  • Will you be using a concrete finish on the ramp?  Is the ramp setback?
  • Have you worked with the Coral Company about the changes to the plaza?

 

Motion to approve the exterior modification as presented voted by all members present.
