Project presented by Camille Maxwell (NES), Jeanine Colozza (CNP), and Jonathan Novak (Onyx).  Presented details on the proposed demolition of a rear residential structure on the LaSalle site.  The structure would be removed to allow for additional parking, a patio, facilitate catering services, and circulation.

 

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Will the breazeway be removed as well? PP: yes.
  • What will the wall look like when the breazeway is removed?
  • For future development of the parking: make sure the lanes do not move past the building walls, look into curbing the radius for turning, bring back full details on planting per City Code.

 

 

Councilman Polensek is in attendance and has stated his support for the demolition.
