Project presented by Irma Reiner of Linear Architecture/MUY Hamburgers.  Wendy's is going through a national rebranding of all there restaurant locations.  The scope of work calls for an updating of the exterior and parking lot repair to include 2 compliant ADA spaces.

 

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • The dark bronze color/material appears to be black.
  • Will there be any updates to landscaping?
  • Is the glazing going to remain dark?  
  • How do you cap the corners on the corrugated panels.
  • How will you be updating the parking lot?  Is it asphalt or concrete?
