• How is the commercial building connected to the residential structure behind it?
• Is this business active? Do you occupy the entire building?
• What color will you be painting the facade?
• What materials are you using for the window/storefront system?
• What do the doors look like?
• Will the sign stay on the building?
• Use the transom to let that guide how the lexan will be divided up.
• Is there a cellar under the building?
• Will the siding and the window trim be the same burgundy color? Yes.  
• Will the commercial structure be the cream color? Yes.

Motion to approve with that the condition that the exterior colors come back to the board for review and that the brick repair includes the accent sandstone to match the existing right side by all committee members present.
