Proposed demolition of 10910 Superior Ave. presented by Steve Billington of CCLRC. Properties were acquired at the request of Councilman Conwell for development interest.

  • Does the CCLRC salvage any materials?
  • Has CCLRC had any discussion with Habitat for Humanity/ReStore for salvage and storage of re-useable materials?

 

 

Carolyn Smith is in attendance from Famicos Foundation. She stated that Famicos and the Councilman are both in support of the demolition, however they are not aware of any immediate development plans.

 

 

Motion to approve the demolition of 10910 Superior Ave. passed by all voting members present.
