The site development plans were presented by landscape architect, Jim Schillens and attorney, David Dvorin.  The site development plan took inspiration from the new streetscape design on Waterloo Rd, with street trees and landscaping to continue around their property.

Committee Questions, Comments, & Concerns

• The 3' metal bollards will be removed as part of the landscape plan.
• Remove the supports for the barbed wire as well.
• Is pachysandra the best choice for this site considering the salty conditions? 
• Suggest changed the gold mine spireaea to a greener evergreen shrub on Daniel Ave.
• Suggest providing additional evergreen material on Waterloo Rd as well.

Motion to approve with the condition that the plans be resubmitted showing the gold mine spiraea replaced with evergreen material to meet the opacity requirements per the City's zoning code and adding more pachysandra to the landscaping line.  Voted to approve by all members present.
