Mr. Hudson Wagner presented the proposed changes to his site which include landscaping and ornamental fencing in preparation for an upcoming BZA hearing. 

Committee Concerns, Comments, Questions

• What type of evergreens would be included in the landscaping?  The Committee suggests sea green junipers.
• The fence is about a foot away from the sidewalk.
• The Committee suggests a man gate at the west/left end of the fence closer to the building for employee or pedestrian access.
• What was the former use of the building?  What is the future use of the building?

Motion to approve as presented with condition of using sea green junipers and adding a man gate to the left end of the gate. Voted and approved by all members present.
