Voting Members Present
Ayonna Donald from B&H presented the demolition on behalf of the City of Cleveland. Structure has been condemned since 2013, and vacant since 2012. City has received 17 complaints since 2003, and has been boarded up 7 times since 2005.
Councilman Polensek in attendance. Is in support of the demolition as well as the Mayor of Bratenahl.
Motion to approve demolition as presented by all members present. |
