- Who owns the LLC? NES
- LaSalle AMC, LLC will be a new entitiy with the ability to manage the complex?
- To what extent are the original storefronts and windows being maintained?
- Is the restoration of the marquee being presented today as well? Will the signage plan for individual tenents return for review at a later date.
- How will the ticket booth be restored? What materials will be used?
- Do you have any photos of the interior, lobby, or entry of the theater?
- Want to create some does and don'ts for tenant signs.
- How was the color scheme selected? Is the pallette similar to the original color scheme?
- Where will the tenent/apartment parking be located?
- Will the theater be ADA compliant?
Councilman Polensek and NES is in support of the renovation.
