  • What kind of traffic does the parking lot get?
  • What kind of uses are on this property?
  • What is the lot currently used for?
  • Will the fence go along the sidewalk or be setback from the sidewalk?
  • Where is the gateway for the fenced in area?
  • Can you work with the architect to revise the site plan and resubmit for administrative approval?

Motion to table with the condition that a revised drawing be submitted showing the full plans and a cut sheet for the proposed fencing, a shwoing the setback from the sidewalk.
