  • How will the owner maintain the site after the demolition is down?  How will they keep the lot from becoming a junk yard?
  • Will the trees remain?

 

Motion to approve the demolition with the condition that trees over 12" of caliper remain, repair of any sidewalks damaged duriing the demolition, and any accessory structures.  Passed unanimously.
