Committee Concerns

· Why two types of glass? Liked the play of the two finishes and to have something more solar reflective.

· Some amount of spandrel being used so people can see the exposed steel and construction.

· The Norwood Ave elevation is more successful than the St. Clair elevation? Due to the punch outs on the St. Clair face.

· Which power company are you working with? What types of lighting are you actually allowed to do? CPP is purchasing the light, but St. Martin is using them and lowering the street light at that intersection to make it a more pedestrian scale.

· Is the city going to put in permeable pavement for the bioswales?

· Take a look at the entrances on St. Clair because they look like windows and not doors?

· Look at the relationship to other buildings in the area?

· The first floor windows can be improved upon because they windows look squat and are underplayed.

· Can we see what the building will look like at night?
