  • This property is not that bad, why would the CM only want one building demolished in this block of 5?
  • The harmony of the solid street wall will be lost.
  • What is the occupancy level?
  • Is there too little information without CDC input? Yolanda Allen
  • They want a clearer picture of the entire street block meaning background, who owns what, what is happening there.
  • Speak to landmarks about the historic nature of the building(s). Come back to design review.
