The design review committee did review the proposed signage. The committee felt that with revisions, the primary channel letter sign could be resubmitted electronically and possibly be approved. The committee asked that a new site plan be resubmitted showing the exact dimensions of the storefront, at what height the sign will be mounted on the storefront, etc. The applicant can redesign and resubmit for the second sign at a later date. |
