Motion to approve with the condition that plans be resubmitted showing the true height of the letters and placement of the letters (no overlapping of the letters onto the awning or window sills), the red match the coloring in the awning, and that the excess signage be removed. 2.) The arch of the sign bow not to exceed 12 inches. |
