Application was tabled until new designs are available. DRC suggested the awning be on the front of the building and not wrap around. The applicant could have additional flat signage on the sides of the building. (3 signs total: 1 awning, 2 flat signs). Applicant will resubmit sign design via email. 2/4/2014 New contractor presented plans showing the approved conditions previously specified by the NE DRC. Motion to approve with the condition that the flat signs are aligned with the bottom of the awning. 1=Scott Nieswander 2=Peggy Brown Unanimously approved Members present
