Motion to approve conceptually with the understanding that the applicant's will reappear before the Northeast Design Review Committee. The applicants will readdress the gazebo and the pavilion. Also, the applicant will restudy the following: 1). planting trees in an orderly fashion along the street frontages, 2). landscaping around signage and the placement of spruces, and a complete signage package. The applicant must also reappear before the committee with color and material samples for the panel system and also restudy the spacing of the words for "Morning Star Towers" on their current signage proposals. |
