| Motion to disapprove the proposed demolition with the order that the exterior be stripped down and cleaned of all signage/extra “add-ons,” so that the property can be marketed and that a development plan for E. 185th Street can be prepared by the local CDC and City Planning Commission. If a demolition were to be considered in the future, the entire Committee body would like to conduct a site visit. | |
