| Motion for conceptual approval, the suggestion that the applicant study or adhere to the following recommendations: 1). Develop a concept for a new front entry for the building, with the possibility of combining the two proposed entrances into one singular entry at the corner. 2). The dumpster should be setback from the front building line 3). Study the possible inclusion of a porch by the community center. 4). Pathways to the building entry should be improved. 5).
