Two motions were made and approved by the committee. Motion 1: Motion to approve the proposed fence with the condition that the solid opaque height measure 4’6” and the lattice top measure 1’6” for a total height of 6’ (6 feet). Motion 2: Motion to approve landscaping under the condition that the applicant works with committee member Peggy Brown on the overall landscaping plan. The applicant has agreed to install at least a 2’ (2 foot) wide landscape strip to abut the proposed fence. |
