1. Adam Davenport will look for previous 2017 approvals and landscaping details that were not adhered to onsite (according to committee members who were present for previous Muslim Center approvals). 2. Consider moving Fairhill curb cut to the west. 3. Recommend inserting large trees to soften the Rocky River façade and in and around the parking lot as well. 4. Recommend removing the street planters and adhere to the previously approved landscaping plan. 5. Consider fitness area entrance if people want to use the facility at off-peak times. 6. Extend landscaping along Ferncliff and to the school area for a more cohesive design. |
