1. Need South Elevation a. On south elevation wrap around materials so cooler wall is not shown 2. There is a need for the brick to match on the north and west elevation if brick is being re-used with new material being placed as well 3. Remove curb cuts that are not in use 4. Coordinate lighting/wall packs to use same color. Possibly seek to light up "beer, wine, spirits" 5. Coordinate height of sconces 6. Look to remove south guard rail on property 7. Need photometric light plan 8. Realign walk to directly align with doorway from sidewalk. Put in landscaping in front of building. |
