1. No chain link on the south side. Fencing must be 4' ornamental on both north and south side. 2. Question of the length needed was discussed. Recommendation for revising the length to meet the dumpster area on the north side and the angle break of the parking lot on the south side. Reasoning being that people still need to access the sidewalk and that people will walk far enough to from the main parking lot area and get on the sidewalk. Fencing also might block visibility of the monument sign if closer to the street. |
