1) Show masonry dumpster enclosure with cedar gate on site plan. 2) Add trim or additional detail to awning on back elevation. Consider changing awning to a residential gable similar to what is shown on front elevation. 3) The canopy on the front elevation does not match the canopy on the site plan. This needs to be rectified. 4) Incorporate masonry around the base of the building. 5) Provide shutter specs. 6) Provide site lighting cut sheets and finishes. 7) Add shade trees to the area between the parking lot and property line. Suggested species include maple and the three species of tree already used elsewhere on landscape plan. |
