Add landscaping on north elevation (move 2-3 Japanese tree lilacs here; replace them at west and south elevations with arbor vitae or other dense plantings); add Juniper shrubs to north landscaping. Add shrubbery to the entire length of south side swale area; make sure trees (arbor vitae recommended) are clustered near house on south side to screen it from lot; add arbor vitae to screen house on west elevation. Add pylon sign, bike rack, and light poles to site plan.; show dumpster enclosure in rendering or photo; use full cut-off house-side shield on south side light fixtures; add 2-3 ft. transom windows or under canopy-lighting on east elevation; add sandstone band around building; use medium gray spandrel. |
