Mr. Riaz is remediating this site. He is removing contaminated soil and has removed at least one underground storage tank. He has been informed that his site is zoned Local Retail and that he will be unable to resume using it as a gas station unless he can get it grandfathered in, which seems unlikely at this point as the gas station has been out of operation for over six months. Councilman and CDC are aware of issues here. |
