The condition is to allow the current banners to remain in place for 6 months (through July 20, 2022) to give the applicant time to meet the features laid out in their October 28, 2019 review & approval.

The October 28, 2019 approval to the site included the following:

  1. improving the existing fencing (paint or replacement)
  2. install 6 foot landscape beds along fence
  3. improve parking lot surface
  4. install two (2) signs on building facade (this was done)
  5. install pole sign in different location from existing pole sign (to be removed)
  6. replace existing building lights with LED wall packs

Th applicant stated that they are currently in court for no permitted signage (banners on fence),
