The messaging with the two different sets of signage (American Cancer Society and Mt. Sinai Health Foundation) can be confusing due to the placement and location of wall and monument sign. Coordinate with owner to consolidate an integrated sign solution with only one monument sign listing both entities. |

Existing monument sign will be removed. Reorder the placement of the wall signs so that the foundation sign is on top. Use the ACS logo only as opposed to the logo on a panel to eliminate a bulky feel. Send in sign details to planner. |
