Motion 1 - to approve. Motion made, but no second. Motion failed. Motion 2 - to disapprove. Motion made, and seconded. The vote was split: 4 yes, and 4 no. Motion failed. The desire expressed was to study the impact on design if house were to remain in location or whether the house can be integrated into project design. Although no action held, the developer is seeking approval for demolition of the Allen Sullivan House at Planning Commission. Others in attendance included: Councilwoman Delores Gray, Richard Barga (MidTown) Karl Brunjes (CLC), Michelle Jarboe (Cleveland.com). Meeting motion form represents those in attendance, the motion to disapprove and the voting split. |
