| 1) Fence material shall be decorative ornamental (provide a material cut sheet of fence product to be used) 2) Fence height shall be limited to 5 feet 3) Gate (for driveway access) material shall be replaced to match new fence material 4) Signage shall be manufactured on a panel, that will then be affixed onto the wall of the squash court building (provide dimensions and sign detail - this may wait until the contractor submits a building permit application ) 5) Provide landscape schedule listing plant material(s) in expanded fenced area
