Comments 1) Provide contet photos w/canopy & pumps 2) Has there been any analysis for traffic stacking? 3) There are major educational institutions with a presence in the area (CSU & Campus International School) that strengthen the strategy of keeping a built edge 4) University Commons apartment building to the south of the site and Asiatown to the north are both areas where walkability should be encouraged 5) This development will influence the future of the BP station. Eventually, if the GetGo is successful and the BP goes out of business, we are left with a challenged site potentially deemed unbuildable. |
