Conditions: | |
1) Study alternate placement of trash enclosure. 2) Consider consolidation of trees planted in parking areas to increase number of trees on development site. 3) Reconsider the type of light fixtures being used. 4) Integrate the stone material on the Hough facade. Lack of it makes the retail space appear residential. 5) Hardiboard material (i.e. the fold element) placement makes the building vulnerable to weathering and other damages where the material meets the ground. 6) Increase the bike storage space. Current configuration only accommodates 15-20 bikes for this 205 bed development. Include exterior bike racks. 7) Identify location/placeholder for building & retail sign placement. |
