1) Study alternate placement of trash enclosure.

2) Consider consolidation of trees planted in parking areas to increase number of trees on development site.

3) Reconsider the type of light fixtures being used.

4) Integrate the stone material on the Hough facade. Lack of it makes the retail space appear residential.

5) Hardiboard material (i.e. the fold element) placement makes the building vulnerable to weathering and other damages where the material meets the ground.

6) Increase the bike storage space. Current configuration only accommodates 15-20 bikes for this 205 bed development. Include exterior bike racks.

7) Identify location/placeholder for building & retail sign placement.

1) Eliminate rectangle brick pattern in triangle element of building

2) Revise site plan to incorporate the pedestrian walkway with stripping and an enhanced/consolidated landscape materials to create a more significant greening impact and to reduce the heat effect from the paved surface.

3) Eliminate the pedestrian walk at the west of the site - it will likely be unused do to the proximity of a natural pedestrian course.

4) Study the potential of an additional seating bench & tree near the resident entryway
