Information provided for approval of demolition was incomplete. Applicant was made aware of this and a recommendation was made to delay the presentation until 11/15/18. Information needed: 1) interior photos documenting the condition, 2) additional information about the house documenting any historic significance. The existing house structure does not physically restrict the construction of the new store. The Committee asked for the feasibility of that structure to remain. There are several other structures on the development site. Applicant was asked to provide information for each of the accessory structures to complete the approval process.
