Concerns included: 1) location of piers - are they located in a place to support the structure and screening needs to be modified. 2) Deck width is concerning - as presented, it won't accommodate someone with accessibility issues easy entry. 3) A covering over the entryway to guard patrons from inclement weather conditions should be considered. 4) Technical issue - the building being raised off the ground will create problems with plumbing and insulation. |

This project is comprised of 3 shipping containers (8' x 20' each). 1) Consider siting the structure closer to the sidewalk. 2) Study traffic flow, which may impact the business being sustained. 3) Define color palatte. 4) Deck railing should be some type of mesh to tie it to the container material. 5) Show placement of mechanical systems. 6) Remove walkways - unnecessary use of resources. 7) Include an aerial view showing adjacent buildings. |
