1) Change bollards type to something more sleek and use a square sleeve to cover round pole. Current ones appear out of scale with entry palette. 2) Columns should be all black with filagree design, limestone pedestal. This will be less competative with canopy. 3) Reconsider how archway on E 107th is being treated. If hardy plank is being used with 2-door system, can there be a decorative iron gate in addition? Consider using up-lighting in archway to accentuate this architectural feature. Consider placing a bike rack in this location. |
