Issues related to parking in the site plan that should be resolved prior to final Planning Commission approval; 1) Provide a handicap accessible parking space that will result in a reduced space adjacent to the courtyard. This would allow Bldg B to be shifted left and reduce the traffic conflict between the visitor parking spaces with residents' ingress and egress of the garage units. 2) Not enough clearance between Bldgs B & D with the adjacent Bldg E for visitor parking. Ingress & egress from Bldg E garages will create a potential traffic conflict. 3) Surface parking conflicts with egress from south end of Bldgs B & D with parking space situated in front of door. Change head in parking to parallel space and provide a 9' striped lane at egress door. 4) Materials - window frames color should be white or brown (not tan). 5) Vinyl siding & EIFS should have appropriate detailing for corners & flashing for aesthetics. |
