As the immediate use is temporary (1 - 3 years), the concern was for how the post-demolition land would be treated. Conditions include: 1) Provide site plan showing location of additional trees; 2) provide a compaction plan with a written description; 3) provide illustration with a cut-through section showing materials used and topographic grade to insure stormwater drainage Applicant will provide this information to City Planning, which will be distributed to the Committee Members. |
