Exterior Elevations: the hierarchy of the bays should reduce the CMU on the bays with the hipped roofs. Site Design: 1)site amenities should be placed further away from the parkin plot; 2) site lighting fixtures should be represented through cut sheets - not legible from electronic presentation (include bollards); 3) include walking path around the site - surface materials should be considered to accommodate residents with poor eyesight. Context: 1) establish a connection to the public walking path that is articulated in the Upper Chester Master Plan; 2) provide a contextual illustration for the new building in relation to existing buildings along E 97th Street. |
