Description:
Notes:

Committee Actions/Submissions

Date: June 20, 2013
Committee: Local Design Review Committee
Action Type: Initial Plan Submission
Conditions/Notes:

This was tabled due to insufficient evidence of the building's condition. There was great deal of discussion about the two structure's significance on Euclid and that removing them for parking was not the highest or best use of land.

Ted Sande pointed out that there was a study done prior to the Euclid Corridor being constructed and the outcome was Historic Properties Plan Set, Illustrative Drawings, dated August 9, 2001. It was prepared for the Euclid Corridor Tranpsortation Project, City of Cleveland and has logos or RTA and the Dames moor Group.  It identifies the 3600 Euclid Ave. property as "Sunrise Home Health Care" and does not indicate that it is eligible for listing in the National Register of Historical Places.
