1. Return with (2) Two alternative solutions for front facade restoration:

           a) Cost for removing paint to restore original facing (orig. brick)

           b) Repaint with new colors to brighten and blend with district.

     2. Color scheme of the remaining three exterior walls to correspond with new facade colors.

     3. Awnings for both front and side entrances.

     4. Landscaping Plan: include removal and replacement shrubs with species list)

     5. Complete material list and color of doors, frame, glass on doors and windows.

     6. Add glass around entry way side doors.

     7. Pedestrian scale lighting around the entire building.

     8. Add fencing, screening and buffer in accordance with Cleveland Zoning Code.

     9. All shrubbery removed must be replaced with codified shrubs (evergreens).
