1) Continue study of parking between Bldgs A & C - remove parking aisle along driveway entry, south of building C. 2) Study how to frame north/south pathway at E 61st Street to articulate the neighborhood connection and significance. 3) Increase access of Play Area from all buildings with improved functionality - right now it seems separated from other buildings. 4) Provide an oasis of comfort and safety on campus with additional trees in final landscape design. 5) When determining building materials, consider materials of related housing stock. |
