Motion to approve as presented, with strong sentiment from Ms. Ridgeway that the City’s neighborhoods are being destroyed, especially on the Eastside of Cleveland, where there is still a need for housing. The City’s B&H needs to be citing more homeowners for code violations to prevent the housing from getting to this condition. |
