Motion to table, with the following comments: The applicant should better respond to the plinth sign, simplify the plinth, better engagement at the corner at E. 81st, study the fenestration the tower and bridge - as they should have a relationship, study the punched openings so the project feels more cohesive and commercial (include more glass), and integrate landscaping.

Motion to approve as presented with the recommendation to further study the following:

1). Signage,  2). Site lighting, 3). Textures for the concrete plaza, including the possibility of employing some sort of brick accent. 4). Soften the “Utility” room space, to activate the street frontage.  Applicant may want to provides glass window along street frontage.
