Motion to submit revised plans with the following items to be addressed: 1). Revise pole sign. Pole shall be 8' tall with a 4' tall sign affixed to its' top, for a total height of 12'. 2). Provide a landscaping plan that meets zoning code, 350.08 (c) 3). The total square footage for the property shall not exceed city code (100 sq feet in this case). Committee would support allowing the "Open," "Lottery," and existing placard signage, but would ask that any cardboard signage, and alcohol/tobacco signage be removed. 4). Gable of storefront to be painted. 5). Cabinet edge for pole sign to be painted black to match proposed color of the pole. |
