Motion to approve with the following considerations: 1). Consider modifying the rear ADA entrance to go with a pediment style, similar to the architecture on the front of the building. 2). Consider lighting underneath the marquee entry 3). Although it is outside the purview of the Design Review Committee, a member suggested placing some signage or plaques on the interior of the lobby showing the historical significance of the building. |
