Motion to table, with the request for the applicant to find out: 1). What is behind the plywood panel? 2). If the panel can be removed, is brick behind it and can it be restored/tuck pointed? 3). Can the sign be centered in-between the two windows? 4). Owner should discuss options with the Storefront Renovation Program at the City of Cleveland, Department of Community Development. |
