Motion to approve with the following conditions: 1). Brick base to be re-introduced, shall come up 2' high and should jump up around the entranceway. 2). Panel on west elevation appears to be floating, should be placed over the door (on the left side). 3). bike rack needs to be incorporated somewhere on site. 4). monument sign should have an angled top, to mimic roof lines rather than a curved top. 5). Doors to be green in color, siding should be beige.
