Include a pedestrian walkway from E 49th through lot. 2) Install roof mounted mechanical systems. 3) South elevations - add architectural treatment to break up wall expanse. 4) North elevation - add windows with awnings above. 5) Signage - use chanel letters on north, east, and south elevations; eliminate ground sign. 6) Provide lighting plan. |
