     Conditions: Further explore relocating the entry sign & parking information back from the sidewalk as well as exploring relocating the signage & portal back from the sidewalk.  Both options should be presented at the future meeting.

Motion 2: Conceptual Approval: Mesh Sign | Approve w/ Conditions
     Conditions: Study the size, location & placement on the garage as well as how the sign relates to the buildings and enhances the overall aesthetics of the space. Consider a larger sign which covers a majority of the building and screens the parking for the residence of the new building.
